The first of Mr. Tornatore's alleged victims was a 51-year-old woman who told police late last month that Mr. Tornatore had reached inside her suit jacket and groped her during a fitting on Oct. 30. The second alleged victim, a 29-year-old woman, told police early this month that Mr. Tornatore had tried to kiss and grope her during fittings on two occasions, Nov. 26 and Dec. 2. She returned a second time because she thought his actions were those of a harmless and confused elderly man, she told police.
