Hello, So the world is going through a lot of the Nasty Bits right now, But I was just hoping to make a tiny minimix just to remind us all and myself that Japan has some really awesome music. Shintaro Katsu One of my idols from my younger years was Shintaro Katsu, and I learned of him because of all those « Blind Swordsman » films that he made. Thanks to Amazon.com I also learned of his singing. Someone on the internet says straight up that this sounds like « Kill Bill » music. So it shall commence........ I send some thanks for Youtube user InternetDiscovery for posting a list of Japanese Love songs. These are great anytime of the year. The First Japanese Love Song I confess I am not extremely familiar with this song, but this video is pretty darn sentimental. Ariuka—Winter Love Song—Mongolian Version Now to India, this was a World Record for the largest Sitar ensemble. I am posting it to remind us all, that we are never truly alone. And like all my Asian Music Party posts, they contain Shahrizoda, the female group from Uzbekistan that I love so much. This song is simply called “Rose.” QATFYG: Do you have an Asian song of romance?
