Dear CNBC Critic @CNBCcritic, In response to your latest review comments on Melissa Lee from "Squawk on the Street," "Fast Money," and "Money in Motion," where you stated, and I quote "@cnbc Melissa Lee looks like an Elf." Well, in all reality, I happen to be Melissa Lee's biggest fan. I also the biggest fan of Sean Hannity and Pippa Middleton (not that it's important). However, keeping things short...
