Minotaur Books Crime Novel Competition


Okay,

So this year I am entering St. Martin's Minotaur First Crime Novel competition for sure.

I tried in 2007, but I came up short.

I would love some competition from other aspiring writers.

Unpublished Author
60,000 Words or 220 Pages Double Spaced (Appx)
Murder or another serious crime must be the subject.
Deadline November 30th, 2010

Also look at their malice/domestic competition.

I think the prize is like 10 grand and publication, but would you let me know if you find out? I have to get back to writing.

Recently, I've been reading some sites that have criticized James Roday, the lead actor on the USA show PSYCH for an apparent weight gain. But you know what? Who gives a flying fizzle stick if James Roday is slightly larger than he was 4 years ago. Apparently, it wasn't enough to scare away his current girlfriend/ co-star Maggie Lawson. (Who is one hell of a Catch!) And NO they are not engaged. That seems to be nothing more than a rumor, but there is a very high chance of it happening in the near future.
